Unable to Use Wireless Connection Utility After Enabling Windows WZC*

When enabling the Windows Wireless Zero Configuration (WZC)* in the Registry, the Intel® PROSet/Wireless WiFi Connection Utility will be disabled.

Perform a repair installation of the Intel PROSet/Wireless WiFi Connection Utility to enable it. This will automatically disable WZC*.

  1. Go to Add/Remove Programs located in the Windows* Control Panel.
  2. Locate and launch the Intel PROSet/Wireless WiFi Connection Utility.
  3. Select the Repair option.
  4. After the installation has completed, reboot the system for the changes to take effect.
