End of interactive support announcement

On August 1, 2003 Intel announced that the end of interactive support for certain specified Intel® Wireless Products would be January 20, 2004. Effective 5:00PM PT on this date, interactive support will end for the products discussed below.

These products are no longer being manufactured by Intel. Additionally, Intel no longer provides interactive support for these products via telephone or e-mail, nor will Intel provide any future software updates to support new operating systems or improve compatibility with third party devices and software products.

After January 21st, 2004, if your invoice shows a purchase date that falls within the above listing, click the warranty link located on the appropriate product web site and follow the submittal instructions.

I need help troubleshooting my product. How can I obtain help?
The online support self-help will be available at least through the product warranty period.
