You can submit and manage your own support tickets at BizSupport.intel.com. Complete a brief enrollment form, then tickets will be handled directly by Intel engineers. You’ll be able to track the status of your open tickets and view a history of previous ones.
If you choose not to enroll, you can participate in the Intel® vPro™ Expert Community to share knowledge and collaborate on common problems. Please note, this community will not be aided by Intel engineers; therefore enrollment is highly recommended.
