The Intel® Management Engine (ME) does not have capability to independently update DNS. It is reliant on either the DHCP server or the operating system to update the DNS server. If the DNS is being updated with the same name for every client, it is likely that the DHCP server is updating DNS every time it allocates an IP lease to each Intel® AMT client.
The solution is either to provide a unique name for every Intel AMT client or disable DNS updates from the DHCP server.
