Intel® Client Manageability Add-on for Microsoft* SMS 2003*
Intel® AMT works via a Web browser, but I can’t discover the system via Add-on?

Cause:  The issue is that in order to successfully discover an Intel® AMT machine using the add-on, the DNS and DHCP servers must be configured correctly.

Solution:  Ensure that the DHCP server issues a correct IP address to the Intel® AMT machine and updates the DNS server's forward and reverse lookup zones. Also make sure that the hostname specified for Intel® AMT is identical to the one specified for the operating system.
