Intel® Client Manageability Add-on for Microsoft* SMS 2003*
An Intel® AMT machine is not detected via IP scan, however, the WebGUI works

Cause: The most common issue is that the IP address cannot be resolved into the host name.

Solution: Check the DNS forward/reverse lookup zone.   Flush the DNS by using CMD » ipconfig /flushdns
