First verify whether the problem is in the Intel® AMT machine or elsewhere. Try connecting to the Intel® AMT machine as follows:
- Enter the following URL in your Web browser: http://<machine name or IP address>:<port>.
- If the Intel® AMT machine is not set up to work with TLS, use 16992 as the port number.
- If the Intel® AMT machine is set up to work with TLS, use 16993 as the port number.
- Press <enter>; the Intel® AMT logon window should open.
- Enter the Intel® AMT username and password and log on.
If you are successful, the problem is not in the Intel® AMT machine. You might be using an older version of Intel® AMT or having difficulties resolving the hostname (DNS).
