Error message after starting SOL or IDER session

Issue: After starting an SOL or IDER session, the Intel® AMT machine returns an error message (for example, "Could not establish a redirection session with the system").

Solution: Make sure that the SOL or IDER functionality in the BIOS extension is turned on.
