I cannot see the Intel® Viiv™ Zone.

If the Intel® Viiv™ Zone is not available in Intel® Media Share Software, verify the following:

Internet connection is available
Intel Viiv Zone needs to be connected to the Internet to access Intel Viiv Zone.

Solution: Connect the networked device to the Internet. See Windows Vista* Networking and Sharing Center to verify and diagnose connection issues.


Connection exists to Intel® Viiv™ Media Server
You need to be connect to the Intel Viiv Media Server to access the Intel Viiv Zone.
