In March 2001, Intel announced that interactive support for TokenExpress™ 16/4, TokenExpress 16/s, TokenExpress 16/p, TokenExpress MCA, TokenExpress EISA and TokenExpress 32 EISA LAN adapters will end at 5:00pm (PST) on June 30, 2001. All interactive support will be discontinued at that time. It is expected that web based self-help support will continue until at least December 2001. The Limited Lifetime Warranty, which was included in your product purchase, will continue to be honored. What if I have problems with my TokenExpress™ LAN Adapter and need an RMA. Will you still honor the warranty?
A1. All models of the TokenExpress™ LAN Adapter have a Limited Lifetime Warranty, which Intel will continue to honor.

What if my TokenExpress™ LAN Adapter fails? How will I obtain a warranty replacement?
A2. Go to the TokenExpress™ RMA Form. Print this form, fill it out and follow the directions to fax it to the Intel RMA department. Proof-of-purchase showing that you are the original owner is required.

Q3. Where can I get assistance on TokenExpress™ LAN Adapters after July, 2000?
A3. It is anticipated that web based self-help support will continue until at least December 2001, and that all the drivers and configuration files will be available for download and all troubleshooting information will still be available.

How long will Intel provide drivers for the TokenExpress™ Adapters?
A4. Drivers for the TokenExpress™ 16 LAN adapter are included with Microsoft Windows* 98 and Windows* 2000, and with Novell NetWare* servers through version 5.1. Intel will not be developing new drivers for these products.
