The TokenExpress EISA 16/4 is reported to be conditionally compatible in the ALR Power VEISA 386 33. The ALR Power VEISA 386 33 has both bus-mastering and non-bus-mastering slots. To use the TokenExpress EISA 16/4 adapter in bus-mastering mode, it must be in a bus-mastering slot.

Conditional Compatibility with the TokenExpress ISA16

A report indicates that the TokenExpress ISA 16 adapter with IBM DOS 5.0 and PC LAN Program will not work with DMA in the AST PowerPremium 486/33 system. It did work in programmed I/O mode. The TokenExpress EISA card worked fine.

AST Manhattan SMP

Conditional Compatibility with the TokenExpress EISA/32

AST tested the TokenExpress EISA/32 card with their new Manhattan SMP system (multiple processor) and were able to use the adapter at all DMA settings in a bus mastering slot.

Note: The TokenExpress EISA/32 adapter must be used in a bus master slot.

AST Premmia LX Pentium 60

Note: This system uses a ROM based setup program which has an interrupt setting which can cause a conflict.
