Problems after Uninstall of NetWare* Client32

Symptom
User is experiencing communications problems after switching NetWare* client from Novell's Client32 to Microsoft's Client for NetWare* Networks.

Description
The user tried removing Novell's Client32 through the standard Windows* 95 Network Settings interface. This does not remove all proprietary files or references to Novell's Client32 software from the registry.

Solution
Download the file C3295D.EXE from http://support.novell.com and execute it on the workstation. Execute the file UNC32.EXE found in the ..\uninstal\ directory. This will remove all unnecessary interfering references and files from the appropriate places on the Windows* 95 workstation. Reboot the workstation and install the Microsoft* Client for NetWare* Networks. It should now run without interference from remnant Client32 files.
