Who provides the warranty?

Boxed SSD Products (SSD purchased from a retailer)
Intel provides a limited warranty on its boxed SSD Products (retail box and reseller box). Please check the warranty details in the boxed SSD warranty document.
OEM SSD Products (SSD purchased as part of a computer system)
The manufacturer or supplier from whom you bought your computer system generally provides a warranty. We recommend you consult the warranty documentation that came with your computer system. If you have exceeded the OEM warranty window please check the warranty details in the OEM SSD warranty document.
  1. What is the length of the warranty period?
    Boxed SSD Products (SSD purchased from a retailer)
    For warranty details on boxed SSD products purchased separately from a PC please go to boxed SSD warranty document.
    OEM SSD Products (SSD purchased as part of a computer system)
    If you have purchased your SSD as a part of the computer system and if you have exceeded the OEM warranty window, please check the warranty detail on the OEM SSD warranty document.
  2. Who do I contact to obtain warranty service?
    Boxed SSD Products (SSD purchased from a retailer)
    Contact the original retail outlet, distributor or OEM from whom you purchased your SSD or system. If you are outside of the warranty provided from the seller contact Intel® Customer Support.
    OEM SSD Products (SSD purchased as part of a computer system)
    Contact the original company from which you bought your computer system or the system manufacturer. You can also consult the warranty documentation that accompanied your computer system for specific warranty terms and conditions. If you are outside of the warranty period provided from the seller contact Intel® Customer Support.
