Optimizing your Intel® SSD performance with the Intel® SSD Toolbox

The Intel® Solid-State Drive Optimizer (Intel® SSD Optimizer) uses TRIM functionality.

The latest firmware must be installed for this tool to function correctly. Intel recommends running the optimizer once a week.

  1. Run the Intel® Solid-State Drive Toolbox.
  2. Click on Intel® SSD Optimizer.

  3. The Optimizer panel opens. Read the notice and update the firmware if necessary.
  4. Click Run.
