Intel® Experience Center (Intel® EC) is a Windows 8* and Windows 8.1* Store application that must be pre-configured by the manufacturer. The application may not work unless your computer came pre-installed with Intel® EC.
If you are not updating Intel® EC and see an error message that it is missing a component, please uninstall the application.
If Intel® EC stops working after a Windows 8* to Windows 8.1* upgrade, please download and install the Intel® EC driver update.
The application in Windows Store* is an update/upgrade only for those computers where Intel® EC was installed by the manufacturer.
