Intel is announcing the End-of-Interactive Support (EOIS) for the Intel® Upgrade Service. This means that Intel no longer provides interactive support for this service via telephone, e-mail, chat or other tools.
Technical articles will continue to be available on the Intel Support website. This end-of-interactive support (EOIS) notification is effective as of September 21, 2012. For additional support information please contact your place of purchase.
