Intel is announcing the End-of-Interactive Support (EOIS) for the Intel® Upgrade Service. This means that Intel no longer provides interactive support for this service via telephone, email, chat or other tools.
Technical articles will continue to be available on the Intel Support website. This end-of-interactive support (EOIS) notification is effective as of September 21, 2012. For additional support information please contact your place of purchase.
