How do I know if my system is upgradable?

If your system says it is not upgradable or is only upgrade capable, but you are sure it should be upgradable, there are a couple of things you can try before calling for support:

Make sure that your system has a system integrator ID entered (view the log).
Make sure the software version is at least 1.19.xxx
