Returning a defective Intel board which contains an upgrade

If I have a defective Intel board that had been upgraded, will I be re-issued a new upgrade “free of charge”?

Yes. Once you have received your new board, contact the company or service provider who sold you the upgrade. They can contact Intel customer support using the following email form for a replacement upgrade.
