Why am I getting "User/Global denied access" message?

Apple* iPhone and iPod users:

If you are denied access, or if you are unable to share photos after clicking “Continue,” you need to enable Location Services on your mobile device.

Follow these steps to enable Location Services:

Go to Settings.
Select Privacy.
Select Location Services.
Turn ON Location Services.
