Problem: The Intel® HD Graphics drivers are out of date.
Scenario: I went through the movie purchase process using ROXIO NOW*. My system was detected as HD ready and I was able to download a movie, but when I went to play the movie I got the following error message:
Solution: Download and install the latest Intel® HD Graphics drivers. This issue is specific to certain models of Toshiba* laptops. Please obtain the latest drivers from Toshiba's support site.
