There are two components to establishing a successful connection between the end-user and the service provider:
- A client component
- An infrastructure component
For the client component, this will be referred to as Intel® Remote PC Assist Technology (Intel® RPAT). This name will be used with end-user focused messaging since their focus is on the client component.
For the infrastructure component, this will be referred to as Intel® Connect Service. This name is used with ISVs and MSPs concerned with the infrastructure and developing applications to connect into Intel’s offering.
