Issue
Registration failed due to incorrect web portal credentials.
Affected software versions
3.0, 3.5, 3.5.1, and 3.6
Cause
Possible causes include:
(1) MSP ID is incorrect or not registered with the Intel® Hybrid Cloud program
(2) MSP ID character count is greater than 32 characters.
Solution
Contact Intel Customer Support to have the MSP ID added to the backend portal and associate the MSP ID with the systems MAC address.
Be ready to provide the following information:
- MSP ID
- Systems MAC Address
