When adding a license for the StorageCraft* Backup and Disaster Recovery (BDR) appliance from the Intel AppUp® Small Business Service, the user may experience the inability to click on the licensing link
To rectify the issue, go to Microsoft* Windows services and do a Stop and Start on the Shadow Control Image Manager service.

After the service restarts, re-launch the Shadow Control Image Manager, this should allow you to click the licensing link to continue with the installation.
