On a Backup and Disaster Recovery (BDR) appliance, launching the Virtual Network Console (VNC) using the Intel® Hybrid Cloud Server Manager generates this error message. This is the case as the web-based management console is configured to be used as the sole VNC access.
To launch the VNC, follow these steps:
- Access the BDR management console; syntax is <http://<bdr-up-address>:64440/bdr> using a supported web browser.
- On the landing page, click StorageCraft* Console to launch VNC.
