Administrator Password

Follow these steps to reset the Administrator login to the default (Username: admin, Password: admin):

1. Connect a keyboard and monitor to the Intel® Hybrid Cloud server.
2. Press <Alt> + <F5> (press both at the same time).
3. Press <Pageup>, <F2>, <F6>, <End> (separately, in order). Then press <Enter> to continue.
   Wait for password reset to fully complete.
4. Press <Alt> + <F1> (press both at the same time) to return to the main Intel Hybrid Cloud screen.
5. Log in from the Intel® Hybrid Cloud server manager with the default administrator username and password.

User Password

Follow these steps to reset the user login the default (Username: user, Password: user):

1. Connect a keyboard and monitor to the Intel Hybrid Cloud server.
2. Type <ALT> + <F5> (press both at same time).
3. Type <Home>, <F8>, <Pagedown>, <F3> (separately, in order). Then press <Enter> to continue.
   Wait for password reset to fully complete.
4. Press <Alt> + <F1> (press both at the same time) to return to the main Intel Hybrid Cloud screen.
5. Log in from the Intel® Hybrid Cloud server manager with the default username and password.

User (admin/user/root) is blocked due to mistyping password

Follow these steps to unblock the user and allow 5 more login attempts:

1. Connect a keyboard and monitor to the Intel Hybrid Cloud server
2. Type <Alt> + <F5>, then type the appropriate keystrokes below for the role that needs to be unblocked:

• Administrator - <F1>, <ESC>, <F11>, <Home> & press <Enter> to continue. (separately, in order)
• User - <F12>, <DEL>, <F2>, <ESC>, press <Enter> to continue. (separately, in order)
• Root - <Home>, <F7>, <F2>, <Page Down>, press <Enter> to continue. (separately, in order)
