Intel® RTS2011AC Thermal Solution (PDF) 
This document shows installation instructions for the boxed Intel® air-cooled thermal solution (BXRTS2011AC).
This thermal solution will not adequately cool the Intel® Core™ i7-3970X Processor which has a thermal design power (TDP) of 150W. It will work with other LGA2011-based 130W processors such as the i7-3820, i7-3930K, and i7-3960X.
