Dear Intel® processor customer,
Intel is announcing the discontinuation of interactive support for the following Desktop products:
- Pentium® 4 processors in the 423 pin package
- Celeron® processors in the 370 pin package
- Pentium® III processors
- Pentium® III Xeon™ processor
This means that Intel will no longer provide interactive support via e-mail or telephone for these products. Both phone and Email support will be discontinued beginning on Thursday December 23, 2004.
Technical support will continue to be available via the web. Intel will maintain information for these processors on our processor support website.
