Thermally advantaged chassis

Is a Thermally Advantaged Chassis required for systems using a boxed Intel® processor in the 775-land package?

The fan heatsink that ships with boxed Pentium® 4 processors, or Celeron® D processors, in the 775-land package requires the fan inlet temperature be kept at 38 degrees Celsius or lower. A Thermally Advantaged Chassis that meets the chassis air guidelines (version 1.1) is the best means to meet this requirement.
