KIT Timings

This document explains KIT timings

There is some confusion on what KIT represents with respect to timing specifications.

If a Pentium® processor is listed as supporting KIT timings, it means that it supports the Intel cache chipsets (82498/82493 and 82497/82492) timings. These timings are tighter than STD and MD timings which are listed in the databook/datasheet (modified by any changes/clarifications listed in the Spec Update).
