A supported personal information manager (PIM), such as Microsoft Outlook* or Lotus Notes*, is not detected as a client application in TrueSync Plus.
- Make sure that both the PIM and TrueSync Plus are installed on the same partition and same hard drive. If not, then uninstall TrueSync Plus and reinstall it onto the partition that the PIM is on.
- Make sure that TrueSync Plus has the latest accessors for your PIM by running the TrueSync Component Install (TSCI-STARFISH.EXE). On some versions of TrueSync Plus, you can perform the same update by selecting Product Updates under TrueSync Plus in the Start Menu.
- If the items above do not work, its recommended that you completely remove and reinstall the TrueSync Plus software.
After reinstalling TrueSync Plus and applying the latest updates with the TrueSync Component Install, the PIM should be detected.
