Symptom(s):
- Error on the player when turning it on
- Error: "Unable to load firmware"
Cause:
This error message will appear on the player when you turn it on if the firmware has become corrupted and is unable to load.
Solution:
These products were discontinued on March 29, 2002 and thus are no longer being manufactured by Intel. For more information, please see the End of Interactive Support Announcement.
