Symptom(s):
Error when previewing (playing) a song from the music library in Intel® Audio Manager 2.0
Error "Could not open [path\filename]. Verify that the song is still on your computer by selecting File > Update Music Library. (hr=0x80070002)"
Cause: The music file was previously added to the music library, but the file on the hard drive has since been deleted, moved to a different directory or renamed.
Solution: Refresh the music library:
- Click File » Update Music Library. Missing files will be deleted from the library in this process.
- Click File » Search Computer for Music. The music library will be updated with all MP3 and WMA files currently on the hard drive.
