Symptom(s):
When manually running the Agent upgrade package in OS, an error could occur:
Error: 0x80040707
After clicking OK, another error dialog pops up with the error message:
Error opening ebiossup DLL
Cause:
This error might occur if there is a missing or invalid path within "User Shell Folders" in the registry. These registry entries need to be fixed in order for the installation to be completed successfully.

Modify the registry keys, please refer to this article for details
