Symptom(s):
When trying to deploy incremental packages to a selected client, the incremental package list window does not pop-up.
Cause:
If you have installed SHANGWANZHUSOU* 3721, some new IE windows will not pop-up automatically, including the incremental package list window.
Solution:
SHANGWANZHUSOU* 3721 should be un-installed.
