Symptom(s)
If Symantec* 10.0.1.1000 is installed with Intel® Platform Administration Software, while playing network game Counter Strike*, keyboard or mouse hangs for very short time period (every time 1~2 seconds).
Cause(s)
Symantec 10.0.1.1000 does anti-hacker operation on Intel Platform Administration Software. In some situation it causes system busy while handling the operation.
Work-around(s) (optional)
Disable these anti-virus applications temporarily. Install another version of Symantec or another anti-virus software.
