Symptoms
User encounters error message "wrong route has been chosen" for the client. Client also may hang in the agent state.
Root Cause
Clients’ IP address is not in the same subnet with the default gateway.
Resolution
In the BIOS, double check the IP configuration to make sure that the client IP address is in the same subnet with default gateway.
