Symptom(s):
Some games can't be launched successfully after using some software gateway or router.
Cause:
The gateway or routing table changed by a software switch may caused a short time disconnection from the game client to game server. Some games may not be able to play/launch normally due to the short time disconnection.
Solution:
Restart the client to fix this issue.
