Notebook Manufacturer Hardware and software are customized by the notebook manufacturer and validated as an entire system. If you are experiencing issues with your notebook computer, the system manufacture is the best source of support. Check the manufacturer's support web site for updated system BIOS, drivers, and solutions to common problems.
Wireless Service Provider Wireless access requires a connection to a services provider. If you are having problems connecting to a wireless network or hot spot, check with your service provider to verify the status of the network and the settings required to establish a connection.
Intel Customer Support If you have an issue specific to Intel software or hardware which can not be addressed by your notebook manufacturer or service provider, Intel offers technical support via the web, email, and telephone.
