Processor technology
Intel® Centrino® processor technology is the brand name for Intel's wireless mobile computing technology. The brand signifies Intel's technology for notebook computers. The technology is based on mobile processor microarchitecture, mainboard chipset, and wireless network capability. Intel Centrino processor technology includes features designed to enable great battery life, thinner and lighter form factors, and breakthrough mobile performance. The logos signify different sets of hardware components. Over time, the logos have signified different sets of hardware components.
