In April 2004, Intel announced that Interactive support for the Xircom® CreditCard ISDN Adapter (CI-Euro) would end at midnight, June 1, 2004. Interactive support will be discontinued at that time. Third-party companies, such as DIGI International (Digi International*) currently offer compatible driver support and technical assistance.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty that was included with CI-Euro product purchases will continue to be honored by Intel through DIGI International (Digi International*).

Q1. Why is Intel no longer offering these products?
A1. These products have been discontinued due to recent changes in market segment conditions.
Q2. How long will Intel provide drivers for these products?
A2. Intel will NOT be developing new drivers for these products. Links to information regarding current driver availability can be found on the Intel support site.
Q3. How long will Intel provide support for these products?
A3. Telephone and email support via Intel technicians will continue through June 1,2004. After that time, only Web information will be available. 3rd party companies such as DIGI International (Digi International*) currently offer compatible driver support and technical assistance. Intel provides this information as a convenience only and does not warrant or take any responsibility for support provided by such companies.
Q4. What if I have problems with my product and need an RMA. Will you still honor the warranty?
A4. Intel will continue to honor the warranty for the original retail purchaser through DIGI International (Digi International*). The same or similar product or original purchase price will be provided to the original purchaser at DIGI International's discretion with proof of purchase.
Q5. Why is DIGI International providing warranty service for the CIEURO?
A5. DIGI International offers a similar family of ISDN Creditcard adapters (http://www.digi.com/products/multimodemadapters/*) and is therefore well positioned to offer such warranty service.
