As part of the Intel environmental policy, a software CD is no longer included in the box with wired Ethernet adapters.
Because of the rapid pace of technology, the software on the CD is often out of date before the adapter is sold. Drivers that enable basic functionality are included with most operating systems and the latest software, drivers, and documentation are available for download.
