As part of Intel's efforts in environmental responsibility, Intel will no longer include a software CD in the box with the Intel® Ethernet Server Adapters.

Because of the rapid pace of technology, the software on the CD is usually out of date before the adapter is sold. Drivers that enable basic functionality are included with most operating systems and the latest software, drivers, and documentation are available from the Intel Download Center.

Interchangeable brackets are included in the box with retail versions of Intel® Ethernet products when the adapter is capable of being installed in both full-height and low-profile slots. When you purchase an OEM or pre-installed adapter, you might not receive an additional bracket. Not every adapter will fit in both full-height and half-height slots. Check the product brief for more information about the height of your adapter. Brackets are not available for individual purchase.
