If my Intel® Ethernet Adapter only has in box support, can I add it to an Advanced Network Services (ANS) team?
This depends on the selected ANS functions enabled in the team. Because there are a number of possible combinations, and they change constantly, adding an adapter with only in box support may or may not be possible.

If my Intel® Ethernet Adapter only has in box support, can I configure VLANs on the adapter?
No. Intel® PROSet and Advanced Networking Services (ANS) are required to configure VLANs. Only base drivers are available with in box support.

My Intel® Ethernet Adapter is not listed in the table above. Is my adapter supported in Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2?
