|All requests for Warranty Replacements (RMAs) of Xircom® wired products must be from the original owner and include a proof of purchase. No RMAs will be processed without proof of purchase. |
Note: Channel members with Channel ID#s may prefer to use existing Channel processes. Proof of purchase is not required but you must include your Channel ID#.
Cables (dongles) and Minidocs are ONLY warranted against defects in materials or workmanship. Loss or breakage due to accidents or abuse is not covered.
For warranty, fill out this RMA request form, then fax or mail it (along with the required original proof of purchase) to Intel as outlined below. Do not use this form for any other purpose.
The email address you provide on the form below will be used to send you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number with important instructions. Once your original product (with RMA number marked on the outside of the package) is received, the replacement will be shipped to the address you provided on this form.
