Effective October 21, 2005 Intel announced the discontinuation of all remaining Xircom® products. Effective December 31, 2005 Intel announced the End of Interactive Support of all remaining Xircom® products.  This document applies to all Xircom Products (all versions, in all package sizes, and in all regions).

Q1. Why is Intel no longer offering these products? A1. These products have been discontinued due to a supplier driven End of Life of a major component. Q2. How long will Intel provide new drivers for these products? A2. Intel will not be developing new drivers for these products. Links to information regarding current driver availability can be found on the Intel support site. Q3. How long will Intel provide support for these products? A3. Telephone and email support via Intel technicians will continue until December 31st, 2005. After that time, only Web information will be available. Q4. What if I have problems with my product and need a Warranty Replacement (RMA). Will you still honor the warranty? A4. Intel will continue to honor the warranty for the original retail purchaser. All requests for Warranty Replacements (RMAs) of Xircom® products must be from the original owner and include a proof of purchase. No RMAs will be processed without proof of purchase.
