Switch Fault Tolerance Teaming Mode Failover Information

SFT (Switch Fault Tolerance) relies on link status to determine when to fail over.

The default activation delay period is 60 seconds for Intel® PROSet for Windows* Device Manager for SFT teams.

You can adjust the default through the Activation Delay Advanced Setting. It can be found under the team’s advanced tab or in the registry; its name in the registry is STForwardDelay.

The adapter check time is 1 second.
