When I try to install my Intel® PRO/10GbE CX4 Server Adapter, the large connector won't fit through the slot in the back of my system.
The CX4 module must be removed from the adapter before it is inserted into a PCI or PCI-X slot. Once the adapter is seated in the slot, the module must be re-inserted through the opening in the back of the system. See the installation guide for an illustration of the installation process.
