In March 2000, Intel announced that interactive telephone support for EtherExpress™ 32, 32N and Flash 32 LAN adapters will end at 5:00pm (PST) on April 30, 2000. Telephone support will be discontinued at that time. It is expected that Intel public forum, Internet messaging and Web based self-help support will continue until at least December 2000. The Limited Lifetime Warranty which was included in your product purchase, will continue to be honored. The EtherExpress 32, 32N and Flash 32 LAN Adapters have a Limited Lifetime Warranty which Intel will continue to honor.

It is anticipated that Intel public forum, Internet messaging and Web based self-help support will continue until at least December 2000 and that all the drivers and configuration files will be available for download, and all troubleshooting information will still be available.
How long will Intel provide drivers for the EtherExpress 32, 32N and Flash 32 LAN Adapter?
Drivers for the EtherExpress 32 and Flash 32 LAN Adapter are included with Microsoft Windows* 98 and Windows NT* 4.0. Drivers for the EtherExpress™ 32 and 32N are included with Novell NetWare* servers through version 5.1. Intel will not be developing new drivers for these products.
