What if I have problems with my adapter and need an RMA. Will you still honor the warranty?
Yes. The adapters have a limited lifetime warranty. If you need to request an RMA, you can do so by going to the RMA form and following the process included in the form.
Where can I get assistance for my adapters after July 1, 2014?
Effective July 1, 2014, e-mail, chat, and phone support will no longer be provided for these adapters. If you need technical support or other information on the adapters you can get it from the support web site. You might also be able to get information by posting in the Wired Ethernet Community.
How long will Intel provide drivers for my adapters?
Intel might not test new drivers with the discontinued adapters. The last known good drivers will be available from Download Center.
Does Intel recommend other products to replace the discontinued adapters?
