Can the Intel® EtherExpress™ PRO/100+ Management Adapter be used in a system that does not have Wake on LAN* capability?

Yes. The Intel EtherExpress PRO/100+ Management Adapter will work the same as a regular Intel EtherExpress PRO/100+ Management Adapter in a system that does not have Wake on LAN capability. The Wake on LAN feature will not be accessible, however, the on-board boot agent should still function normally.
